[FILLED] Administrative and Marketing/Sales Coordinator

We are looking for an administrative and marketing/sales coordinator. Looking for someone who has strong organizational skills and interest & understanding of art & design is a big plus. The position is part time(10-20 hours per week).

 Responsibilities

  • Taking care of communication with clients & collaborators via email.
  • Supervise deadlines for projects and ensure everything is on the right track.
  • Update the Shopify website and craft newsletters.
  • Assist with logistics for events and activities. 

Requirements

  • Detail-oriented, hard-working and adept at multitasking. 
  • Strong organizational skills 
  • Punctual and reliable.
  • Open to learning and proactive in asking questions.
  • French / English 

Nice to have

  • Interest in art and design
  • Experience working with Shopify
