Refund Policy

Return of  Goods We take great care in packaging and shipping our products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. However, if the goods are damaged during transit, please notify us within 2 days of receiving the package by sending pictures of the damaged items and packaging to miekimstudio@gmail.com. We will replace or refund the damaged items. We do not accept returns for any other reasons.

Modification or cancellation request via email with more than 14 days' notice:

• * You'll receive 50% of the class fee as store credit, which has no expiration date.
• * If we can manage to find a replacement for your spot, you'll receive full credit, minus a $25 administration fee. There is no expiration date for store credit.
• * You can transfer your class registration to friends or family to avoid losing the fees.
