Cancellation Policy
Modification or cancellation request via email with more than 14 days' notice:
- * You'll receive 50% of the class fee as store credit, which has no expiration date.
- * If we can manage to find a replacement for your spot, you'll receive full credit, minus a $25 administration fee. There is no expiration date for store credit.
- * You can transfer your class registration to friends or family to avoid losing the fees.

Absences : Students are responsible for attending all classes.
- * 2 weeks class: If a student is absent during the second week of an introductory class, our team will trim the piece on behalf of the student.
- * 6 weeks class: We will do our best to find you a spot in another class when there is an absence from other classes. Although, make-up classes are NOT something we can guarantee to offer.
- * Glazing classes: If you miss your final glazing session, we will do our best to find you a spot in another class. In the case there is no availability, we will glaze your piece with a white glaze. Or you have the option to bring your bisque pieces home and bring back to glaze them in the future session if you are planning to join the class again.
- * Open-studio: we do not offer replacement sessions for open-studio sessions.
